A 12-week sales enablement programme for B2B teams

For leaders who want more than a report: an assessment, the work it points to, and a check against where you started. In twelve weeks we find what to fix, fix the most important part and coach your managers to keep it going. From £19,500 + VAT, paid in three monthly instalments.

Sound familiar?

What it solves

What we hear from teams before we start.

  • Something is wrong, but not clear what to fix first
  • Past training days left no lasting change
  • Managers have no time to run change themselves
  • The board wants evidence the money was well spent

What we cover

What the programme includes

  • 01

    The Sales Team Assessment

The first three weeks are the full assessment: interviews, a review of CRM data, observed calls and meetings, and a written plan presented to leadership. It sets the starting measures for the final review and decides which work comes next, so nothing is chosen on assumption.

  • 02

Onboarding or pitch work, chosen from the plan

The middle weeks go on the work the assessment ranks highest: a new starter onboarding pathway, or pitch and product training for the team. We agree the choice with you once the assessment is done. If the plan points somewhere else, such as the CRM, we say so and price that work separately.

  • 03

    Fortnightly coaching for managers

Throughout the twelve weeks, managers have a coaching session every two weeks. They learn to run the new routines themselves: deal reviews, pitch feedback, onboarding sign-offs. This is what keeps the change going after we step back, and it is the part most one-off projects leave out.

  • 04

Final review against the starting measures

In the last two weeks we measure again against the starting point set in the assessment, and report what has changed, what has not and why. You get a clear recommendation for the next stage, including whether you need outside help at all. Both sets of figures sit side by side in the report.

How it runs

What we do, step by step

  1. Weeks 1–3Assess

Interviews, CRM review, observed calls and a written plan presented to leadership.

  2. Week 4Choose

We agree the priority work and its measures with you, based on the plan.

  3. Weeks 4–10Build and run

The onboarding pathway or pitch programme is built and run with your team, with manager coaching every fortnight.

  4. Weeks 11–12Review

We measure against the starting point, hand everything over and recommend what comes next.

What you keep

Yours at the end

  • The assessment report and plan
  • The onboarding pathway or pitch programme, with all its content
  • Starting and final measures side by side
  • Routines and coaching notes for managers
  • A recommendation for the next stage

How we measure it

Agreed with you in week one

The assessment sets the starting measures and the final review compares against them. Typical measures:

  • Ramp milestones for new starters
  • Pitch scores against the agreed standard
  • Win rate and time spent in each stage
  • How far the forecast moves late in the quarter

Questions

Questions about this package

What is a sales enablement programme?

A planned piece of work that gives a commercial team what it needs to sell well, such as onboarding, training, process, content and tools, run over a fixed period with clear measures. Ours lasts twelve weeks and starts with an assessment, so the work is chosen from evidence rather than assumption.

What should a sales enablement plan include?

Where the team stands today, the few changes that matter most and the order to make them in, who owns each one, the measures that show progress, and the routines that keep the change going. A plan without owners and measures tends to stay a document.

Why twelve weeks?

It is long enough to assess the team, run one substantial piece of work and see whether managers keep it going, and short enough to hold everyone's attention. Longer support can continue through the Enablement Partner.

Can we choose the work in advance?

You can tell us what you expect, and we take it into account. The final choice is made with you after the assessment, because starting with the wrong work would waste the budget. If the assessment confirms your view, we simply go ahead with it.

How is it paid?

In three monthly instalments, as set out in the written agreement before work begins. The price is confirmed in writing before the programme starts and does not change unless you agree a change of scope. Prices are for VAT-registered businesses and exclude VAT at 20%.

What happens after the twelve weeks?

You keep everything we built. You can carry on alone with the routines in place, or move to the Enablement Partner for ongoing senior support. The final review recommends one or the other, with reasons.

Is the programme for one team or the whole company?

It is designed around one commercial team, which keeps the work focused. Where several teams take part, such as sales, pre-sales and customer success, or teams in several countries, the scope and price grow, and we confirm both in writing before the programme starts.
