Sound familiar?
What it solves
What we hear from teams before we start.
- We cannot justify a full-time enablement hire
- Changes fade once the project ends
- Managers need a senior sounding board
- Every launch needs new sales material
What we cover
What the monthly support covers
- 01
Two senior days a month
Two days of senior practitioner time each month, used where the team needs them: on site, online, or split into shorter sessions. We plan the month with you at the start and adjust when priorities change, for example when a group of new hires starts or a product launches.
- 02
Coaching and deal reviews
Coaching for managers and sellers, and reviews of live deals with the people who run them. Deal reviews keep the stages, qualification questions and
pre-sales rules in daily use, and give managers an outside view on the deals that matter most this quarter. Notes from each review go to the manager. - 03
New content as the team needs it
Updates to onboarding modules, pitch material for a launch, a new QBR template or a comparison sheet for a competitor. Content work comes out of the same two days, so you decide each month what matters most and nothing is billed on top without your agreement.
- 04
A short monthly report
One page each month: what was done, what we saw in the team, how the agreed measures moved and what we suggest for next month. Leadership gets a clear record without another meeting, and you can judge each month whether the support is earning its place.
How it runs

A one-page report on what was done, what changed and what comes next.
- Month 3Review the term
We review the arrangement together, and you choose whether to continue, change the focus or stop.
What you keep
Yours at the end
- Coaching notes for managers
- Updated onboarding, pitch or QBR content
- A record of deal reviews
- A monthly report on the agreed measures
- Everything we write, owned by you
How we measure it
Agreed with you in week one
We agree a few measures at the start and report on them each month, for example:
- Ramp milestones for new starters
- How far the forecast moves in the final month
- Open deals with a next step and a date
- Key accounts reviewed on schedule

Questions about this package
What is fractional sales enablement?
Senior enablement support for part of each month instead of a full-time hire. You get experienced help with onboarding, coaching, content and process, without the cost and commitment of a permanent role. It suits teams that need the experience, but not five days a week.
Is this the same as a fractional head of enablement?
Close. We do the work a head of enablement would do with your team, two days a month, but we are not employees and do not manage your staff. Your sales leader stays in charge and decides how the days are used.
How is it different from outsourced sales enablement?
We do not take enablement away from your team. We work with your managers so the skills and routines stay in the business. The aim is that you need less outside help over time, not more.
Do we need to start with an assessment?
It helps, but it is not required. Without one, we use part of the first month to agree priorities, so the days go on the right things. Teams coming from an assessment or the 12-week programme start straight from its plan.
What happens after three months?
The minimum term is three months. After that you can continue, move to a six-month term at £2,200 + VAT a month, or stop, with the notice set out in the agreement. The monthly reports give you what you need to decide.
Who does the work?
Senior practitioners with more than 15 years in B2B sales and enablement. When a tool is needed, such as an onboarding portal or a dashboard, the WE-DEV development team builds it, quoted separately. They plan each month with your sales leader and report to them.
How are the two days used?
However the team needs them that month. A month might mix a half-day of deal reviews, coaching sessions with each manager and a day on new content. We agree the plan at the start of the month, and you can move time between activities as priorities change.
